It's simple. We probably don't want the entire world knowing the hotel and venue information. It probably wouldn't matter, but I'm being a little cautious. Hotel info will be up fairly soon. Venue information will be up shortly before the gathering. So, it's simple:
1. Create an account. The name MUST MATCH YOUR YOUTUBE NAME.
2. Send me (Zaunstar) a PM on youtube to activate your account.
3. I activate your account, probably in less than 48 hours, and then you can see the other forums. See? Easy.
